PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Gilbertsville on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Butternuts Town Hall, 1234 NY-51, Gilbertsville, NY, regarding the adoption of a local law entitled "A Local Law Regulating Nuisance Trees on Private Property."

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance, if any, of the proposed local law will be reviewed by said Board of Trustees incident to and as a part of said public hearing.

Any resident of the Village of Gilbertsville shall be entitled to be heard upon said proposed local law at such public hearing. A copy of the proposed Local Law may be examined in the office of the Village Clerk. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Village Board prior to or at such public hearing. Persons with disabilities who require assistance in attending said public hearing, or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the undersigned to request such assistance.
